We undertook a well attended webinar on lead nurturing. Using our own technology (LAMP) as an example, we talked around the best practivce processe for lead burturing, also known as marketing automation, engagement marketing or mangement. CRM type technology underpins the approach with the addition of on tap telemarketing.

Is the recession over in the UK. We are not sure, but we are starting to see the return of companies wanting to use our services to enter the UK market.

Our view is that companies have the money to invest in the UK, but have been waiting to get a better / safer return.
